As your Playground Facilitator, my passion is guiding women back to themselves through intentional play and practices in devotion to Self. I love sharing practical tools and practices that you can create intention around that will literally change your whole life. I also want to show women they don’t have to seek anything outside of themselves. You don’t have to join another program or take another masterclass to find the answers (unless it feels deeply soul aligned, of course). With some simple practices, you can start finding all those answers that are waiting to be activated and expressed from within.
PS. For years, I was operating from a place of wounded unhealthy masculine energy, guarded, armored, and completely disconnected from myself, my intuition, and my inner wisdom and guidance system. I knew what once served me, no longer did, and something started to feel “off.” When I finally slowed down enough to realize how disconnected I had become from ME, everything started to changed!
